FAQ

Is it DeFAI?

Yes. AURA goes beyond simply recommending Web3 apps; it also suggests specific earning strategies within those apps, making it a DeFAI product. Even before version 1, AURA needs to understand available earning opportunities to generate relevant recommendations, as it uses earning potential for ranking.

While AdEx originally focused on advertising, AURA takes a different approach to the attention economy. In AURA, projects can't pay to be recommended - success is based on merit. If you're a Web3 app, to be featured in AURA’s recommendations, you must offer real value to users, whether it's yield, airdrops, usage credits, or other benefits.

Is it an airdrop hunting tool?

Yes, AURA helps users find airdrop opportunities! One of its major advantages is that AURA can identify double-dip opportunities, where users can earn stable yield and maximize future airdrop potential simultaneously. It also identifies unclaimed airdrops and notifies users to claim them.

Is AURA only for airdrop hunting and yield farming?

While airdrop hunting and yield farming are prominent use cases, AURA's capabilities go beyond these. In the future, AURA could also recommend other user benefits, like usage credits or valuable opportunities based on past on-chain activity.

Is it intents?

While "intent" traditionally refers to a technical mechanism for describing authorized actions, it has recently expanded to mean "what the user wants, described declaratively." AURA may use intents as part of its recommendation system, but it is not primarily an intent engine.

Is it cross-chain?

Yes! AURA works across all EVM chains, helping users find opportunities wherever their accounts can be used.
